Whats your minimum coverage?

On Fridays and Saturdays the minimum coverage is 5 hours but there are always exceptions so do please ask, and for weekdays Monday – Thursday the minimum is usually 2 hours but again do ask.

Do you have any hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges and VAT is included. If the venue is outside of Kent a charge of 45p per mile is added and if it is a significant distance or abroad then costs would need too be discussed.

How many Photos will we receive?

I estimate between 250 and 600 photos will be given to you on your USB, this is dependent also on the length of coverage I am with you for and can indeed be more or less than that number.

How long before we see our photos?

If you are in agreement I will post a small selection for you on Facebook within 2 to 3 days, then your full collection will be uploaded to a password protected gallery within 4 weeks of your wedding day.

How do we see our wedding photos?

Once your photos are edited they will be put online in a password protected gallery and I will email you the link together with the password.

How do we go about booking you?

In order to secure my services for your wedding day I ask that you complete and return a Booking Form along with payment of the Booking Fee which is £300.

Do you travel?

Yes, I am happy to travel and if your wedding is outside Kent, travel and if necessary accommodation, will be agreed at the time of booking.

Do you deliver every image you shoot?

No, you will receive only the edited images that I have selected, any photos that do not work due to poor focus, blinks etc will not be included.

How do we receive our photos?

You will receive your edited high resolution images on a branded USB flash drive in both colour and black and white.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, I have professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

Do you take a deposit?

Yes I ask for a £300 non refundable Booking Fee in order to secure your booking.

When do we need to pay the remaining balance?

50 % of the balance will be due 3 months prior to your wedding date and the remaining balance one month before your date and can be paid by cheque, cash or Bacs. I also offer an interest free monthly payment scheme after receiving the Booking Fee.

Do you have different albums to choose from?

Yes I have a selection of different sizes and styles of albums to choose from including parent albums.

Who chooses the album images ?

You choose the images and once selected I design your album and email you a proof and once you are happy with the layout it goes to print. The number of images is decided by the number of pages in your album.

Can we order albums at a later date if it’s not included in the package?

Yes you can get back to me at any time to order an album, in fact your first year anniversary is ‘paper’ so what better time to get one if you haven’t already.

How long before we receive our album?

Once you have chosen your images I will get a proof back to you within 3 weeks. Once you are happy with the layout it usually takes 4-6 weeks to be delivered.

Do we see our album before its printed?

Yes, I will email you a proof before it goes to print and yes changes can be made.

What does the pre wedding shoot involve?

The pre wedding shoot is a complimentary photo shoot which can take place at my studio location on the farm, or a location of your choice for free if it is within 30mins of Ashford, outside of this there would be a charge of 45p per mile. The reason for the shoot is to enable you to become a little more familiar with having your photo taken and for us to get to know each other a little better before your wedding day.

Do we get the photos from our pre wedding shoot?

You are able to buy prints individually from you pre wedding shoot online or purchase all the images on a disc for £75.

What happens if we lose our USB with our wedding photos on?

My advice is to make a copy of the images as soon as you receive them, but I can replace it for a fee of £55.

Do you back up our wedding photos?

Yes, they are backed up on separate hard drives and online.

How do family and friends order prints?

Once the photos are online it is an easy process to buy any size print or even framed prints and products such as canvases etc from the gallery. You are also able to print from your usb and distribute to family and friends.

Do you take credit card?

No unfortunately I don’t have credit card facilities, only cash, cheques or Bacs.

What happens if you are ill?

In the unfortunate event that I am unable to attend your booking I will endeavour to contact other photographers in order to find a skilled replacement.

Do our photos have to be shown on your blog and facebook page?

No, if you’d prefer to keep your photos private I will respect your wishes and they will not be shown publicly.

Lenses – Nikon 85mm f1.4, 35mm f1.8, 24mm f1.8, 24 – 70mm f2.8, 180mm

f2.8, Sigma 50mm macro

Flashes – 3 x SB800
